Pastor Brian began as the Lead Pastor of Life Chapel in July of 2019.  His wife Jeannie works together with the women’s and children’s ministries. They met and graduated from Valley Forge Christian College. They have been married for 22 years and their greatest joys are their three children: Keith, Kyle and Katie.

Prior to coming to Life Chapel, Pastor Brian and Jeannie served 13 years as Student Ministry directors, and most recently served 10 years as Lead Pastors of New Life Assembly in Wrightstown, NJ. Pastor Brian has been an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God since May of 2000, and Jeannie has previously served our network as the NJ Girls Ministry/Mpact Director for 16 years.

They love spending time their family and trying out new restaurants.  They enjoy getting to know others with a cup of coffee in hand.  Pastor Brian is a big sports fan, loves golfing, and spending time with his family.

Steve Manning

Associate Pastor

Steve Manning is an associate pastor at Life Chapel. He oversees our worship and media teams, our small groups ministry ( “LifeGroups” ), and our visitation ministry.

Steve is one of 8 children and has grown up in the church that he currently serves in. He is passionate about the local church believing that God has called us to work as a team in our God-given mission to lead people in our community into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

He and his wife Diana have 4 beautiful children.

Matt Burkey

Youth Pastor

Matt was born and raised in Mechanicsburg, PA. He graduated from Southeastern University in May 2013, studying church and youth ministries. He is a Philadelphia sports fanatic, but hopes that nothing overshadows his passion to see both young and old grow into a relationship with Jesus Christ. Matt and his wife Rebekah got married and joined our staff in October 2016.

Jeannie Fisher

Children's Ministries Director

Jeannie loves serving alongside her husband and the rest of the staff. She has been leading the children’s ministry team since their family came to Life Chapel in July of 2019. Jeannie enjoys exercise, reading and being a “soccer mom” along with baseball, softball and gymnastics too!
